AL WAFA REWARDS is a loyalty program managed by AL WAFA HYPERMARKET in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This program allows members to earn points on qualifying purchases when they present their virtual card, utilize the Wafa Rewards App, or provide their registered phone number at AL WAFA stores.

Through this Customer Care Program, AL WAFA HYPERMARKET aims to enhance the shopping experience by addressing the diverse preferences and purchasing behaviors of its customers. The program is designed to fulfill everyday needs across a broad spectrum of product categories, ensuring that members are rewarded with points for their purchases.

Membership Details:

• Enrollment in the AL WAFA REWARDS loyalty program is available to all customers via the 'AL WAFA REWARDS' mobile application.
• The 'AL WAFA REWARDS' program can be accessed at all AL WAFA HYPERMARKETS throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Membership in the program is provided at no cost.
• Each member is permitted to hold only one account and should not use multiple AL WAFA REWARDS accounts for the same individual.
• If an account remains inactive for six months, its status may change from 'active' to 'inactive,' resulting in the forfeiture of accumulated points without prior notification.
